When I had an ER doctor overlook my blood work results, to find out days later I was dying of severe kidney failure. Jodi L. Nofsinger and her team were there to help me. I was only 26 so it was a very emotional experience for me but Jodi was incredibly kindhearted, sympathetic and shared the pain with me. Jodi and her team worked hard to get all the information needed for my case. She insured I got what I deserved to support the future of health struggles I will face. My experience with this company was fantastic and I recommend them to anyone needing help.

Berman & Simmons did such a wonderful job representing us in a suit against an insurance company. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. They worked endlessly to get us to a settlement we were happy with.

Awesome law office I cannot say about enough about how awesome they are! Tammy the legal assistant was caring in every way. Dan Hagan was caring & is well prepared to handle all situations. There office was efficient & always willing to handle anything I brought there way. In the end after 2 1/2 years got me the most available in my settlement from a car accident that gave me a head injury. I highly recommend this law firm.
