I reached out to Amy for help with a post divorce child custody modification. Amy and her Team were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Many times I had to contact Amy or her office with issues on very short notice and she was always quick to respond and offer realistic advice. She advocated for what was best for my son and for me and also had great suggestions to reach an agreement with my child's father that were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Amy!!

Amy helped me through a parental custody and schooling issue for my child. It took me a while to write this for Amy because I wanted to have proper time to reflect on what has happened since my divorce. This ended up being a very high-conflict divorce where there was little to no trust with the opposing party. Amy was also able to be empathetic to my children's needs so that we never lost sight of what was truly important. As a result, Amy helped me keep a clear mind and wade through the sea of accusations, emotional threats, and focus on what was actually at hand. She was able to see through the rhetoric from my ex-wife and her placating attorney. At the end, we were able to come up with an even split of assets, children's visitation rights, and brought in experts to separate the business. Amy's staff, headed by incomparable Sylvia. Her attentiveness to details made it certain we didn't miss deadlines, appointments, or any information that would potentially be needed. Amy is down to earth and doesn't speak legalese. There's no BS or wasted time. She's engaged, to the point and listens, helping to take emotion out of the decision making process. Most importantly, she doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but rather how it is and what you need to hear. She was a true advocate and guide that helped me through a tough time to an acceptable outcome.

Responsive, intelligent, HONEST, realistic, easy to reach, and she won't let you spend money that you don't need to!! The divorce process is inherently long, difficult and isolating. Divorce in the midst of a pandemic feels unremitting.
