I was referred to Tim by my divorce attorney to represent me on a separate legal matter. He reviewed the case and developed a strategy that resulted in two felony charges being dropped and a third reduced to a misdemeanor, through a differed disposition. Tim took my case and immediately went to the location of my fall to see for himself the dangerous slope of my walkway. I never had to check in as I was always getting updates on what was going on with my case. The office staff were all friendly and professional. Tim is the best lawyer I could have asked for to help me through the process of a business "divorce" and litigation. He is extremely knowledgable, well written and well spoken.
