I chose him because of his reputation of solving speed case. He handled my criminal speed case professionally and I did not need to show up in the court. Finally, the DA agreed to file a civil speeding ticket case instead. He is such an excellent lawyer I have ever met!

Luke did an excellent job handling my case. With my somewhat extensive driving history, he accomplished more than I thought possible with the prosecutor (who wanted 45 days) and most important of all kept me out of jail. He somehow convinced the prosecutor to allow me into the Adroscoggin alt sentencing program, which is something that is not normally done for an OAS. He was very respectful and informative. In addition, when I was interviewing attorneys he was actually recommended by someone I interviewed. I would recommend his services to anyone having a run in with the law. Thank You Luke!

When I went in search of an attorney I did research. Coming across Luke Rioux's numerous articles I found that he really cared about rights for the people and his career as a lawyer. I was very impressed. When I called him and discussed my case, I felt comfortable with his ability to handle it with the best of his ability and knew he was going to do the best to protect my rights as a defendant. My case did not go beyond the prosecutor and he solved my case with a few meetings and he did not rake me over the coals as many attorneys could do. Luke Rioux with Fairfield & Associates is more than a fair attorney; Hi did an outstanding job! Being out of state person I got a ticket for a double moving violation in the state of Maine. I found Luke with Fairfield & Associates online. Luke explained the process and options I had and made no guaranties. Wow you don’t want to get a traffic violation in the state of Maine! To my surprise Luke got me off both violations. I did not pay hefty fines, no points, no violations, only filing costs, a fraction of what I would be out otherwise. I cannot express how gratefull The Haycock family is, and how I feel , Luke " SAVED" us from a possible 30 years in prison. His knowlege, of the system is second to none. He worked with a team of 2 lawyers, Just when we had thought we were done for, ALL felony charges were dropped against 2 of us, and my son offered a lesser plea, and finally freed from custody the same day with no probation, or any restrictions. I had called a lot of Maine lawyers about my case but Luke was the easy choice for me because he was very knowledgeable, confident, and affordable. Priority #1 to me was getting the best legal representation and it was a nice bonus to see that I wasnt charged very much for it. My case was dropped without me needing to be there. Well my name is Keith Palmer and I told the lawyer of the day witch was Luke ....what had happens and all hands on deck after that he was nice took what I had to say listen too me and realllllly help me out and got my case drop bc or the fine print but I felt so good to have someone there in the best interest of the people .... So if I could give him more than a 3 I would .... Becaue he helped and was fast about it as well to get me on my way and off to work .... Mr. Rioux is a standout amongst his peers! He is completely professional, honest and I felt like he actually cared about my best interests. He did not attempt to bully me into paying for services that I did not need and his rates are completely fair. If you find yourself in need of an attorney, don't be fooled by the high-priced & flashy attorneys out there. I originally opted for one of those and ended up paying 15K for an "expert" that actually ended up hurting me in court. Mr. Rioux never once tried to get more money out of me and he ended up helping me a whole lot in court. You would do well to hire Mr. Rioux!!
