Several years ago, my husband was involved in a work related accident, which left him unable to work. Through a private investigator, he was referred to Nathan Jury. Nathan worked for a large reputable firm and was very interested in his well-being. Anytime my husband had a question or concern he called and either Nathan or his secretary, Mary, were very helpful in the resolve. 8 years ago I was injured at my place of employment. I was scared as heck as to what to do next. A friend of mine referred me to Nathan Jury. The first time I met him I was quite intimidated. He was very professional and to the point, as any good attorney should be. As time passed by, I came to realize that Nathan was just a normal hard working guy, that just wanted to help people in their time of need.The first time we went to court, I was a nervous wreck. I first met Nathan in October 2011 when I hired him to be my Workers Comp Lawyer. Five days after I had my back fused in June 2011 the Workers Comp Insurance Co. cut off my paycheck and benefits. Their reasoning was that carrying 200 pound glass didn’t do my back in, it was my age and my weight! After three months, and well after my money ran out, the state appointed Lawyer hadn’t even filed my appeal. Nathan filed my appeal and had my paycheck back in less than two weeks. For the next 15 months he worked tirelessly building my case and fighting off the Insurance Lawyers who were trying to railroad me. Finally we went to court and because of Nathan’s diligence, we won the case. But then it took another 10 years, and many trips to the Insurance Company Doctors to try and prove I was completely healed, not to mention the three times they tried to take me back to court to reduce my benefits, the Insurance Company settled with us. I’ve heard many horror stories from other people who had Workers Comp Lawyers that didn’t get them justice, but thank God Nathan wasn’t one of them. Thanks to him I’m not out on the street, just another statistic of the Insurance Company injustice.
