I had a fantastic experience with the Law Offices of Gordon Gates. Always received a fast responses to every email I sent and when ever I called. Found his website (www.socialsecuritydisabilitylawyer.us/) to be very informative. I became a client April 2009 when I received my first denial for benefits. He made my appeal which was subsequently denied November 2009. He made the appeal for a Administrative hearing December 2009. When I finally received my hearing date (November 2010) I met with Mr. Gates and an associate, Collette Cushing where we went over my case and how to say my story to the Administrative Law Judge a couple weeks before my hearing. I met Ms. Cushing at the Hearing office the day of my hearing and had my hearing. It was nerve wrecking but it went really great for me. I received a full disability decision. Thank you Mr. Gates and Ms. Cushing.

Mr. Gates responded quickly each time I called or emailed. He was compassionate to my wife and tackled her difficult issues with kindness but directly. He explained the process in as much depth as you wanted or needed to know. His office staff was equally responsive. I highly recommend Mr. Gates

After I got over the initial denial shock from Social Security, I went online and found Gordon, I was impressed with the website from the start. I checked other sites and found this one and him the person to go with. I filled out the online questionnaire and didn't wait long till I got a call from him. He put me at ease right off the bat. He explained the system to me, so better understood. All the time waiting on my time to come up for appeal, He was so responsive via. phone, e-mail etc.. It was good to know I could contact him directly, as I did. I never got to talk to the Paralegal but I knew they were working in the background.. Overall he made me feel as comfortable as I could with the stresses. I would highly recommend his service to anyone needing them.

I can't begin to express my thanks for the very professional job Mr. Gates did on my recent social security case. From the very first time that I talked to him I felt very confident in his knowledge and expertise. He always returned my calls and answered any questions that I had,as well as keeping me informed of the status of my case. One day I called him and when he answered I asked him if it was a bad time to be calling. He answered, "It is never a bad time for you to call." I was so surprised and thankful because going through the disabled social security process is a daunting task. Another thing that he did was ask for a bench decision on the day of our hearing. I did not even know that was possible. The judge agreed, and when I walked out of the hearing I knew that I had been approved. I slept well that night, not wondering whether I was going to be approved. That was the best nights sleep since this process started two and a half years ago. If I can offer any advice, choose Gordon Gates. Don't try to go it alone. I truly believe that if I gone to him in the beginning instead of waiting until I had been denied twice I would have been approved sooner. Even if you are not sure about hiring an attorney, at least call and talk to him. If you talk to him, I am sure that you will understand what I am saying. He is a total professional
