When my husband was diagnosed with a serious illness, we met with Caitlin to update our wills and advance directives. Caitlin was very thorough, but also sensitive to my husband’s weakened condition. She worked at a pace that he could manage and was also sensitive to both of our emotional states. Given the difficult circumstances, I don’t think anyone could have done better. I called Caitlin again about a year later when I could not collect an insurance benefit that I should have had. Caitlin wrote one letter and the benefit was paid.
