Ms Holmes is NOT the attorney you want if you would like to see things done quickly and professionally. She has wracked up $18,000 in lawyer fees for a simple divorce.

Pam Holmes represented me in 2016, Pam took her time to explaining how we would proceed listening to all of my concerns (some that didn’t matter 😊 as I was emotional during this time) with her kind caring heart she lead me to a much happier place of peace in my home for my daughters and I. After consulting with others in the local area that recently went through a divorce, Holmes Legal Group was my first and only call. Having used the services of the Holmes Legal Group twice in the past 10 years, I can attest to the integrity of this competent firm. Attorney Holmes legally and respectfully led me thru a mentally challenging divorce and most recently, a long litigation journey regarding a retirement benefit issue challenged by my ex spouse. In the second half of this litigation encounter, I no longer lived in Maine and was unable to commute for court dates, so, Pam intervened and represented me solo. I am grateful for the outcome because I believe it was fair for both my ex spouse and me. Pamela was not available to answer questions and provide guidance in a timely manner. She was not available to represent me at my first appearance in court. I arrived completely unprepared and uninformed about the process and the outcome. Pamela mispresented information before the judge in a family matter. She failed to file for a hearing that the judge had requested for the same day. The expense of retaining Ms Holmes far exceeded any assisstance she was able to provide. I am extremely dissappointed to have had to terminated our contract in order to find a decent, honest, reliable lawyer.

Nothing angela never called me back about anyrhing, got me nothing out of my divorce! Said we could go back to Cort but dropped me in an instant! I would never recommend her at all!

I spoke with several attorneys in the southern Maine area and was very disappointed with the way some of them wanted to handle the case or their lack of interest and willing to help.
