If you live in a community that retains this organization for representation, move elsewhere! These people have harassed my family throughout the pandemic over HOA fees, used threatening and disparaging verbiage in their constant letters to my home. You would think that I have stolen something from these people! They tack on outrageously high “administration fees” and demand you pay the following years fees although they are not due yet. My wife lost her job due to the pandemic and we have since been on a single income with 4 children. I’m doing well enough to pay my mortgage, let alone a HOA for an organization that does nothing! They’ve threatened my property for the very last time! See you in court Mr. Neal, I hope you’re as good a lawyer as you think you are!

Mr Johnson help my parents figure out their wills and final papers. They felt much better working direct with Mr Johnson. His office staff were customer oriented and the service was excellent.

Lawyers that couldn’t make it so they became vultures aka debt collectors

Contacted them to confirm they had the correct email for my wife and was greeted by both of the people I spoke with attitudes and was hung up on. Not even a have a nice day or anything.

Poor service from a representative of this office, instead of feeling like they are honestly helping you, they make you feel the opposite and what make things worst, if you don't question what they do behind the scenes with recording your payments, you're done!!!!!!!!!

I think the other reviews speak for themselves. I'm just confirming they are true. Also, I once tried to write a negative review on Yelp about them and I got a threatening email in my inbox saying they would publicize my confidential nature of my financial business with them if I didnt take down my post. What professional firm would even make a threat like that? They are unscrupulous, rude and provide poor service.
