Yes, it feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of bad credit report that made my life miserable, I had 2 months late actually, I missed the 3/20 payment entirely, and paid the 4/20 payment on 4/27, after the late hit my credit report. I woke up that morning and it had dropped-100 points. I needed to get rid of it from my report. PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST came through for me, my credit report cleaned up with all negative entries removed, student loan, charge offs, collections wiped out including late payments were all marked as paid on time. Where to begin… Mandeep was referred to me FOR a friend of mine. As he took that case, I MYSELF ended up needing his counsel. This is the kind of attorney who genuinely cares. I truly believe he studies his practice EVERYDAY like a coach would do going into the Super Bowl. From walking into his office and being greeted by his secretary, to him taking his time answering every question I had. To responding to EVERY phone call, and assuring me. he had me covered. My friends case went flawless. With my situation, I hadn’t even entered the court room. He went in and talked to the states attorney and just like that POOF!! Case dismissed. Mike McGraw represented me recently when I had a slew of citations and he DID NOT disappoint!! He took the time to get to know me and the circumstances of what happened, which I feel like most lawyers don't have to do but he did. He got most of the charges dropped and reduced. Do not use this law firm. You sign the papers for them to represent you and they don't give you any guidance of what to do to ensure a good outcome. My daughter was t-boned and the person that hit her admitted fault and there were witnesses. Pretty cut and dry. She had a concussion so I contacted Mr. Chhabra for her. He said if the settlement the insurance company offers isn't enough to cover her expenses he assured me the next step would be to go to court to sue the person that hit her. Her paid off car was totaled. She missed work. She went to physical therapy for several months. Didn't hear from him for over a year, only his assistant after I emailed her for progress. After completing physical therapy she was offered a settlement from the insurance company that did not cover her car replacement and medical bills. I met with Mr. Chhabra and he said, he could go to court and try to get more of a settlement, but she could end up with less. So his story changed from our first conversation. I could tell he couldn't be bothered with this case anymore. So, no guidance or contact from him for over a year but now he asks did you do this, did you do that, and why not? Where was his advice for the past year? He collects 40% of the small settlement for basically doing nothing. I could have negotiated with the insurance company and done the same thing and gotten the full settlement. Should have gone with another lawyer. The others charge 33% of your settlement. What a waste of time. Don't use this law firm. Mr. Chhabra should give my daughter the 40% he took from her. What a racket. Wish I could give zero stars.
