I had an accident a little more than 4 years ago and left another Law firm to hire Joel Katz Office. It was the best decision I ever made. I just got married and trying to buy a home, a medical bill from the ER on my credit report. I called the paralegal I worked with, and so happy she knew who I was and even emailed me all of the paperwork and proof the bill was paid, to help me clear this off of my credit. The receptionist that was just working today February 3rd 2020 around 4 pm was highly rude. She asked about what client i was calling for and i had told her then i guess she could not hear me but she yelled loudly at me in a VERY rude tone of voice. I respectfully said i will call back another time. She was very rude and sounded like she did not want to be there at all. Imagine being in a bad accident and wanting to talk to your lawyer about the long process that’s happening and their own receptionist is giving you a hard time when your already going through things. I really hope they hire a new one because i will be calling someone to report this.

Mr Katz has handled my husband's and my accident claims. We were both in serious motorcycle accidents and sustained multiple injuries. Mr Katz has worked hard to make sure that we get what we need.
