Reinstein, Glackin & Herriott, LLC is a professional law firm where I had an incredible opportunity to conduct business. I eagerly searched for a divorce lawyer to appeal my case after my initial lawyer neglected to provide evidence to support my case. When I had my initial consultation, I hired attorney Randall Herriott, who was empathetic, considerate, and professional; his customer service skills were outstanding. He provided excellent guidance and advised me of the expectations going into the divorce appeal. He made matters very simple and easy to understand and included me in the entire process. It was apparent that he was very experienced, wanted the best for me, and wanted my desires executed. Mr. Herriott and his team advocated on my behalf to win the divorce appeal which we initially asked the judge to reconsider his decision, which was denied. We then prepared for the divorce appeal because we felt the initial judge’s decision was unsatisfactory and dishonest. The communication with Mr. Herriott and his law firm team was extraordinary and sincere during this time. Then we went to the court of appeals, and after months of waiting for the date and finally having the date via zoom due to courthouse closings due to Covid 19, the request was denied. However, he did manage to continue to advocate for my child support payments, which were granted. My attorney, Mr. Herriott, navigated me through one of the saddest moments of my life. I am forever grateful for his perseverance and competence in assisting me through this process. I wanted to thank you for all your hard work regarding my appeal court case. I highly recommend Mr. Herriott and his law firm to anyone considering divorce, appeal, custody, and child support.

I highly recommend Randall Herriott. I switched from another attorney to Randy part way through my divorce and am so thankful I did. Randy is communicative, knowledgeable, and gives excellent and balanced advice. With Randy's guidance I was able to settle my divorce out of court. 3 years later, there is nothing about the settlement agreement I would change - nothing missing that I wish had been added and nothing put into the agreement I wish hadn't been. Having a settlement agreement that clearly outlines important areas such as child custody, holidays, how school and medical expenses are paid for, etc., has helped to facilitate cooperative co-parenting and has minimized conflict between myself and my former husband. Had going to court been necessary, I am confident that I would have been in good hands. In addition, Randy's office staff is friendly and responsive. The divorce process is never easy, but Randy and his staff made a difficult process as smooth as possible. In my experience, you get what you pay for when it comes to attorneys. Randy is worth every penny.

I absolutely recommend Mr. Randall (Randy) Herriott to anyone facing divorce. He represented me in my divorce. I chose him because ALL the reviews I read about him were very positive. He lived up to my expectations. He is easy to work with, which helped me through a very trying time. I was determined to protect myself through a financial agreement with my ex-husband and ultimately the divorce. This was accomplished in a few months because Randy was on top of the process and was diligent about working on my case. In addition, he respected my opinions and input for the documentation needed to bring the divorce to closure. Divorce is so emotionally and mentally difficult. Maureen was incapable of taking on a tough challenge. Thankfully I found a more top rated firm (in post divorce finally)but sadly the five yr battle drained nearly 500,000 in marital assets for greedy , sloppy lawyers, as they dragged out nonsense motions and bogus issues which should have been an easy non contested divorce. Edit added Clearly they don't take responsibility and keep records. I sat in her office in Bowie twice. I personally met with Maureen, cut her a check, got reimbursed AFTER doing what she asked and the second visit she was WEAK and Incompetent, afraid to take a tough case after she took my retainer and then credited me? ! I was stressed and she made everything WORSE. Legal reform must be done for the REAL cases you actually have to work for!The legal fees I spent for my total case and dragging it on for over five years was disgusting thanks to incompetent, sloppy lawyers like HER, who love money over people!

Dan Renart is an amazing lawyer and a fantastic human being. I met Dan in 2015, when the lawyer that was representing me in the break-up of my 25-year marriage, decided that they could no longer represent me, and introduced me to Dan. Dan was able to jump in mid-stream and the outcome was great. Dan was very understanding, listened when I had questions and responded as soon as he was able. He made me feel comfortable, explained the process and what I could expect when we were in court. He made this very unpleasant time bearable. In 2021, I needed Dan’s expertise again, when my ex took me back to court. After a long and rather nasty battle, the original order was upheld. This is a true testament to Dan’s knowledge and expertise. I have recommended Dan to friends over the years and they were as pleased as I am. I am hoping not to need Dan in the future but will continue to recommend him. Thank you Dan!

I had an incredibly positive experience with Reinstein, Glackin & Herriott, LLC in my recent divorce in Anne Arundel County, MD. Although I'm not one to generally participate in writing reviews, I felt compelled to write an unsolicited review in this instance to express my recommendation for this firm if you are going through a divorce or considering going through a divorce. I specifically worked with Paul Reinstein and his team, all who were excellent, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the outset, Paul and his team knew my case inside and out including the deadlines, status, decisions, financials, challenges, and opportunities. Unfortunately, I hired another lawyer for the first year of my case, and I regret not retaining Paul from the beginning. That said, Paul was able to dig me out of the many holes my prior lawyer left me in (don't be naive to believe that lawyers are commodities because they absolutely are not). In my initial meeting, Paul knew more about my case (and the law overall) than my prior attorney of greater than a year. The team is brilliant, experienced, thoughtful, responsive, ethical, and willing and able to roll up their sleeves. They are incredibly financially savvy (understanding complex financial aspects such as taxes, investments, marital and non marital property, etc.) and can help recommend ways to save money, find common ground, and get to a resolution. Likewise, the team is the most current on the laws and beyond highly respected by other attorneys and judges. As you can see from their website or many other sites, the team has incredible accolades and accomplishments and is consistently ranked very highly. As you are going through what is likely one of the most difficult times of your life, you will greatly benefit from retaining this firm who will consistently get results, treat you with kindness and dignity, and lead and fight on your behalf. As I wrap up an awful chapter of my life, I'm thankful for Paul, Shelby, Meg, and many others on the team who helped me make good decisions, understand my options, and navigate an endlessly confusing and outdated legal system in Maryland.
