I contacted Sinclair Prosser Gasior in early 2020 following my father's death in late 2019. We began the process, and then COVID shut everything down. This slowed the timeline for completion, as did the continued effects of COVID. However, Sinclair Prosser Gasior continued to move forward. I experienced a change in lead attorney during this time; Alex Pagnotta took over as the lead. Alex made the transition seamless and provided all necessary communication. Beth Burgee, who began working with Alex, became my point of contact for settling my father's estate and trust. Finalizing a loved one's estate/trust brings many emotions along with the paperwork process, which isn't always easy. However, Beth's kindness, friendliness, and prompt responses helped to make this difficult task more manageable. I appreciate Alex and Beth's help during this process and would not hesitate to use or recommend their services.

THE ONLY COMMENT WE CAN MAKE OTHER THAN AN OUTSTANDING RECOMMENDATIION OVERALL IS WE WERE VERY SUPRISED AT HOW MUCH PAPERWORK WAS REQUIRED WITH OUR FINANICAL INSTITUTION TO TAKE CARE OF ADDING OUR IRA'S AND TRUST ACCOUNT'S TO THE NEW LIVING TRUST. PERHAPS A MENTION OF THE FACT THAT IT MIGHT REQUIRE THAT MUCH EFFORT ON OUR PART WOULD BE HELPFUL TO FINANICAL NOVICES AS US.
