Mr Plotkin is an excellent lawyer who knows his craft. My experience was better than I expected from a lawyer. They were open and honest every step of the way. His years of experience really showed. I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to all my friends.

David was the best decision I have ever made. It started with a free consultation over the phone and I knew he was the right man for the job. I had a constructive desertion divorce case with very complex issues and an extremely difficult opponent. David not only helped me keep the focus on what really mattered but he guided me through the process with the utmost compassion and integrity. While we were up against one of those "bulldogs", "5-star lawyer" that could have easily jeopardized my case, David ensured things were being done timely, correctly and objectively. His unmatched attention to details and knowledge of the law completely changed the dialogue with our opponent, bringing us a favorable outcome. My case also involved issues of property overseas to which David ensured proper documentation was produced and addressed in the settlement. I have to say David is a smooth talker, he's not one of those loud and obnoxious lawyers but he's fierce. He will see through a situation, predict the outcome and make sure you're ready and your rights are protected. He reminds me of several characters I read about in the "48 Laws of Power". He will be watching from a distance and make you wonder, then all of the sudden you're asking yourself what did just happen: that's David in action and he did it marvelously. As a side note, he's very responsive, as well.

At first I was skeptical of this online, pop up into my search, as most of us are.. I had never heard of Avvo, but I thought I would look into it, as it did send my several lawyers to scroll through in my home town of Annapolis. I considered several, but ultimately chose Dave Martino, purely based on 2 reviews, and now that I have completed my work with him, I am happy to add to his list of very positive reviews as He was fantastic! I didn't know what to expect as the cost was extremely fair based on other quotes I had gotten for the same service.. I needed to draft a will and was not comfortable doing it myself,, Boy was I right to choose Dave. He is extremely knowledgeable, highly thorough..very willing to go out of his way to share peripheral knowledge with me in order to explain why I should do certain things in a certain way.. Several times per my request re explaining , so that I understood pros and cons of certain decisions. He was kind, patient, intelligent and most importantly , it bares repeating, very knowledgeable on the subject of estate planning.. I am so very grateful for his help, we met and or talked and or email several times , tweaking things , for no additional charge.. in order to get thing exactly right.. I find myself thinking , I now have a lawyer I can go to, and its quite comforting.. I highly recommend him.

David, ( Dave) has given me invaluable legal assistance over the years in dealing with my divorce and custodial issues regarding my daughter. Issues regarding visitation, schooling, child support and childcare are some of the main areas Dave has assisted me over the years. By explaining the issues in a clear, no nonsense and friendly demeanor Dave has often helped me stay out of court battles with my X-wife when not necessary and work toward solutions in the best interest of my daughter and all parties involved.
