I worked with Mr. Noff on the resolution of some foreign tax issues which had resulted from me moving to the USA from a foreign country. Mr. Noff clearly explained the Foreign Bank and Financial Account (FBAR) procedures to me and what needed to be done in order for me to become compliant. During the whole process, Mr. Noff was extremely professional and courteous yet always approachable, which was an important factor for me. Mr. Noff kept me fully informed of every step of the process and always kept me updated when there were advances on my case. Whenever I had any questions, Mr. Noff always responded almost immediately or within a few hours.
