Most terrible attorney ever why do you think he has only one reveiw he keeps happing Google somehow take them down he littarelly had me plead to a felony putting me in prison and which led to my 9 yo so getting rapped cus he told me I was pleading to misdameaners I post this all the time and the he gets it deleted he a joke a shame an all other attorneys feel sorry for you when they hear he shows up 30 min late to you court date with one head likght out on his Lexus btw he sits on his cell phone while he talks to you he's a volume lawyer not a good lawyer stay as far away as possible

I was involved in a real estate insurance case for a home that foreclosed in Maryland. My case was previously non-suited in Virginia State court and re-filed again in Maryland State Court with the plaintiffs hopes to win by default or relying on 'older' laws. At the suggestion of Mr. Brennan, we moved the case to Federal Court and that is where things started to get traction. Mr. Brennan was thorough and precise in his research and approached our defense with a recent law passed in regards to Real Estate Matters in addition to context of the contract and the limitations within. The new laws content was hard for me to wrap my head around, to say the least, but he was able to correctly decipher and explain the new laws and how it applied to my case. This was not a simple, cut to the chase, case. We approached the case with a Motion to Dismiss on several accounts and it took the Federal Court six-months to reach a verdict (as an indication of the complexity of the case). On one account the court sided with our Motion and the case dismissal was granted on that alone. On the other account, the court found standing however did not delve to deep into the contract because the case had enough reason to grant the Motion to Dismiss. Now about Mr. Brennan. He is straight to point and doesn't sugar coat anything. It sometimes may be a hard pill to swallow but 'it is what it is'. Don't try to make sense of how the court works, follow his advise and work with him cause he is truly working for you. All attorneys are not cheap, but when you have a complex case, you don't need cheap, YOU NEED AN EXPERT...you need John 'Terry' Brennan. With Mr. Brennan, you truly do get what you pay for.

Mr. Adams- I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for wasting me and my fiancé’s time. I now understand why you feel the need to advertise your services, because I can’t imagine anyone recommending you. You sent me your information, and this is how you treat potential clients? You were beyond rude to my fiancé and myself! You insulted us both by your arrogant tone. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with anything like this. I have never been arrested or been in any kind of trouble. I couldn’t get one question out without you cutting me off! I work in sales for a living, and I understand time is money, but you don’t treat people like dirt! Especially when you send them an advertisement for your services. The officer wrote the wrong date on my ticket resulting in my license getting suspended instantly! I did everything the officer instructed me to do. I mailed in my request for a trial, and had NO idea my license was suspended! I work for a luxury car brand, and drive 100k cars 5 days a week! I would never risk losing my livelihood over an irresponsible decision like knowingly driving on a suspended license. Maybe if you would of given me a chance to talk, you would of been more interested in taking my case. Today I was fully prepared to hire you to represent me, thank you for saving me the time. Money is not the issue sir, it’s about right and wrong. This is all coming from an error an a date written on a legal document. Thanks for your advice on taking the easy way out by accepting this diversion program. No, I intend on paying someone that will treat me with class, and take me seriously. I now ask myself What Would Terry Do? Yep! I had a splendid consultation with Terry about a couple months ago after a situation was boiling over and lawsuits were threatened. Attorney Brennan had the smarts and the patience to listen through my emotional mud puddle of a story and managed to give me advice. Actually, his patience extended past that as the stressful situation continued and spoke to me a few more times. I am very grateful for having meet him; a major piece of mind. His business card is still tucked away in my purse. Thanks again Terry!

The Brennan Law Firm was retained by me to litigate what turned into a complex civil matter with an extremely adversarial opponent. Throughout the course of litigation, which lasted a year, I found Mr. Brennan to be an effective and honest advocate. Whew! Where do I start?? These last two years have been hell. However, it is all made better when you have a sophisticated, knowledgable, astute attorney on your side - also known as Mr. John "Terry" Brennan. I have been battling a case where a landlord defrauded me into leasing a property that she knew was being foreclosed, lied about it, went back on an agreement we made and subjected me and my child to intruders coming in as they please. Needless to say, I needed an attorney right away. First, I felt God lead me to Terry, and when God appoints someone to you, they must be doing something right. Terry is amazing to watch in court; even the judges and other viewers in court have complimented his style and knowledge after our hearings! Sometimes I sit there feeling like a proud parent! Lol! I have never dealt with any court issues, so with this being my first and the worst I could imagine dealing with, (no one wants the security of home being attacked); I needed someone who knew their stuff. Not only is Terry a prime attorney, but also a real estate broker - exactly what my case needed! It's like I got a 2-for-1!! He also knows RE law and I am left trusting Terry's approach in every way. True enough attorneys are pricey and Terry's cost is no different, however I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and I think Terry has been worth every penny. Although my case is not completely over (I know, it's been two years), I feel confident that with God and Terry on my side, I win!
