After hearing about the Sinclair Prosser Gasior firm from friends for several years, I was very glad I finally hired Mr. Gasior for estate planning following the death of my spouse. I appreciate the training and actual assistance provided and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

The Sinclair Prosser Gasior team has been first class, as I have been working with him for over 10 years, on my estate, my parents estate, and my uncles estate planning needs. They are professional to a fault, extraordinarily detail oriented, offer up questions that I should have asked, and been able to answer any question that I may have come up with over the years. In the midst of a pandemic and new residents of Maryland with a California revocable trust in place we were pleased to get a recommendation of Jon Gasior’s firm from fellow cruisers in Annapolis. When Gasior returned our initial call we were even more pleased with the initial recommendation. The firm is small but robust with an attorney leading the process to prepare the appropriate documents assisted by well trained paralegals. We were able to get documents prepared and delivered in a reasonable time period. The staff is pleasant and efficient. No chance here of getting lost in a large firm. Emails and telephone calls are returned quickly. Assistance in implementation of documents is readily available during the process and after docs are signed. I was particularly taken with the organization assistance provided to assure information is available regarding the trust in our case to my spouse and ultimately to our executor.

Service has gone downhill since the Management changed hands & now that Colleen Sinclair plays a lesser role in Estate Planning. Oversight of my affairs have been passed on to 3 different lawyers in one decade. My recent estate planning update was not handled very well from start to finish.

I've been using Sinclair for 20 yrs. Initially was impressed, but with Vivid I found the service was very impersonal. Spoke with one lawyer and got flipped to a paralegal and there was some communication problems. Which caused me to go back for another meeting. I don't believe it was any one person was responsible just a sign of the times

I have used Sinclair Prosser to draw up my will and revocable trust documents. Throughout the process, everyone at the firm was highly professional and knowledgeable. When I approached the firm this year to update my will, they were immediately responsive and carried our my wishes without any complications.

I had a consultation with Laura Curry regarding an insurance claim and power of attorney. Due to COVID this was a call rather than an in person visit She was totally prepared for the call, had read the documents I sent, made helpful suggestions and was very helpful in resolving my problem without using legal language or making me feel dumb.
