Mr. Englander was extremely quick to respond to my questions and concerns about a landlord/tenant problem. He was very honest and through during our consultation and at no time did he try to sell me on himself or services. He laid out my options and potential outcomes depending on what course of action I were to chose. He did not pressure me to agree to use his services and in fact asked me to take a few days to think about options before making any decisions. I would highly recommend anyone needing real estate law advice to contact Mr. Englander.

I had a consultation with Mr. Englander over the phone. My issue was related to a warranty / contract issue which he shared with me that was not his area of practice. He gave me advice based on his educational experience and referred me to 2 lawyers who did practice in the area related to my case.
