Mr. Englander is an excellent Landlord/Tenant. He was able to allow me to resolve a difficult situation with my tenants. I can not thank him enough and much I appreciate the low cost for his services. Would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Englander was quick to get back to us, and was responsive with excellent concise advice that gave us the answer we needed for a landlord/tenancy case. He was not free to appear for us as he was engaged in another case, but gave us the advice we needed to have the case dismissed. We have never been to rent court and we were extremely grateful for his advice. Words are not enough to describe our appreciation.

Recently I had the good fortune of getting help from Mr Leonard Englander regarding a case where my tenant totally trashed the apartment and left without handover. I was at a loss of what to do till I found Leonard through Avvo. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable and patient with advice. He explained to me all the steps that needed to be taken in order to get back compensation. Recently we won a judgment in our favor against the tenant for the damages to the apartment. I am extremely satisfied with Leonard' advice and service.. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Englander was great. I had a concept of what I needed in a legal document but wanted to make sure when done it I would protect us if we ever needed it. Mr Englander used his resources and was able to help us include things we never thought about. If there was a question he couldnt answer he promptly consulted colleagues and got us the answers.
