I feel like I won the lottery finding Lisa. It all started through a call I placed to a volunteer hotline that provided free legal advice to employees that may be facing discrimination/retaliation in the workplace. Lisa was the volunteer. If I could have given her a big hug after that call, I would have. Her bedside manner equals her knowledge and expertise—top knotch. And she truly cares. Lisa was not volunteering to pitch her firm or services. She was volunteering to help others in probably one of the most stressful times in their lives. Unfortunately, I ultimately ended up needing the services of an employment lawyer. After interviewing and evaluating several candidates, I engaged Lisa and her firm.
