I used Klein & Associates for the closing on one of my rental properties. Diana and her team exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. They always kept me well informed and up to date on all the details. It was a quick and painless process.

Diana, Jenny and Kelly have all been extremely professional, in addition have offered a wide array of services that we never planned on needing but couldn't be happier that we signed with Klein & Associates. During some of the most difficult moments in our lives it was Diana who was extremely compassionate and caring going above and beyond. What started as legal representation for a commercial lease agreement, gained our trust with having Diana sell our second home where she also prepared all of the tile work and handled our settlement EARLY during the COVID pandemic. From the commercial lease representation to the settlement of our home everything went great. My Husband and I are so grateful that Diana was referred to us. I don't know where we would be without her expertise. Not only is Diana knowledgeable, she offers a diverse background with decades of experience making life easier for all involved. I have recommended Klein & Associates, LLC without hesitation and will continue to do so.

I do NOT recommend using Lawyer’s Title and Escrow Services for your loan closing. They charged much more at closing than on the estimate and then did not ensure that the closing met the lender’s requirements. We had to go to their offices a month after closing to sign the note again and they were unaccommodating and rude.

Gordana is amazing! She is smart, fierce, and dedicated to you when working on your case. I had never had to hire an attorney prior to coming to her for my divorce, and am so glad a friend referred me to her! She is sincere and gives her 100% personal attention to every detail of your case, no paralegals, and is efficient, working tirelessly to try and keep expenses down for you, which as a single parent navigating a stressful, messy divorce process, was of utmost importance. My ex and his counsel were very “contentious” to say the least, and it appeared I was going to be in for a long, dragged out process, but Mrs. Schiffanelli was instrumental in keeping things moving, and never tolerated opposing counsel’s attempts at “putting up roadblocks” at every turn. He initially was suing me for alimony, child support and attorneys fees, but Gordana was able to negotiate a settlement agreement for me with all of those items dropped. My divorce process took less than 6 months from time of filing to finalization of everything. I highly recommend her for all your family law needs!

Marc Schifanelli represented me for an National Interest Waver(NIW)petition and was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely detail-oriented and presented a compelling case for my green card petition which was approved on the first try.
