Morgan Fisher is a great bankruptcy lawyer. I filed in 2013 not only was he kind and compassionate. I was taught how to obtain and maintain my credit without abusing it. I now have a credit score in the high 600s and I'm in a first time homebuyers program ready to purchase my first home. Thank you so much Mr Fisher.

After the court ordered that my initial filing, which I made myself (I am an attorney but do not handle bankruptcy filings) would be dismissed with prejudice I started looking for an attorney to help. Several other bankruptcy attorneys declined to take on my case because it was very complicated and not a straight cookie cutter filing. I was referred to Morgan by another attorney and Morgan was able to step in at the 11th hour and resurrect my case. The other attorneys that reviewed my case suggested that I would not qualify for a chapter 7 discharge and instead recommended a chapter 13 filing. Morgan carefully reviewed the case and said that while not straight forward, a chapter 7 discharge was possible. I received a chapter 7 discharge. Morgan is smart and personable. He has great relationships with the Maryland trustees. He was always professional and respectful providing both letter of the law advice as well as practical guidance throughout the process. He and his staff are always responsive to inquiries and always provided me with notice of all filings and actions in my case. Morgan Fisher is the only attorney to whom I will refer Maryland bankruptcy cases.
