Nathan was a great attorney! He took the time to review, explain everything in layman’s terms to better help understand what was going and the different steps of each process in the court system. Nathan has your best interests in mind and understanding when it comes to your case, he is very sharp when it comes to the law, very polite and professional. We chose Stacey Rice and her team because when I consulted with her she immediately took control and gave me straight forward, honest answers. She is well known for rocking a courtroom in litigation. She is clearly competent and confident in the field of family law. When an issue arose she handled it. She understood our custody schedule (we are public safety) and was also patient (which I needed because of how stressful the process is). Strategic is also a word I would use to describe her. She also didn’t drag out our case for billable hours like my ex-husband’s firm did. She was genuinely concerned about our time and investment into her firm. I hope I never need her services again, but if I do, I feel at ease with her representation.

To say that I had the best legal representation is an understatement. I retained Nathan Volke after my husband blindsided me and I found out he was having an affair.
