I was in a situation that was clearly unfair and tried negotiating with these less than principled individuals. To no avail. They were hell bent on keeping my funds! John truly saved the day for us when we encountered resistance moving in to a rental property with my elderly father's emotional support animal. We reached out to John in desperation, and he immediately jumped into action to help us. Can't say enough about John Oliveri. I called his firm out of the blue to ask a question about a personal legal matter. I had an issue with our HOA. I called Mr. Oliveri to set up a consultation. I left a message for him and he returned my call within the hour. He and his staff were pleasent to speak to and he provided advice on how I should handle my situation. If you're having HOA issues don't hesitate to call!!
