Elsa W. Smith, LLC is not worthy of a referral nor is there any value for the non refundable $400 consultation fee or one hour of time charged by this firm.
It’s very sad that this firm is jeopardizing their integrity and reputation for $400.
She’s the world’s worst scammer attorney .
You don’t want to be disrespected and lied to by her staff. Most horrible experience is 50 years of using legal professionals.
I will file a complaint with the bar association and Consumer advocates so this experience will be on record

Made a phone consultation appt. He n1ever made it, called me 30 minutes after scheduled appt to see if I wanted to schedule another one. No thanks, I need a lawyer I can count on.
