I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Turnbull, was able to have the consultation with him very quickly and was both polite and informative during the consultation! I was told that my claims had potential for a class action case and that he would need time to review some of the details. When I had later informed him I do not want to pursue the claims as a class actions but as an individual claim instead, I did not get a response from him or his office and has been almost a month now. I understand if you are not interested in a case but I would like to know that you are no longer interested in a case rather than thinking he is too busy to go over the case details yet.
