Ms. Wilson was very straightforward and honest with me. She treated me in a professional manner and outlined truthfully my options. She was also very sensitive to my feelings and needs. I have never been through this type of situation before and felt comforted by her yet trusted in her competence. She responded to me in a very timely fashion and seemed to somehow always be available when I called. Her receptionist Kiesha was also very professional and responsive.
