Mark Martin and his team did a phenomenal job representing us in a recent case regarding our son and finding the best educational setting for him. They were thorough with documentation review, had good communication with us, listened to our concerns and goals and executed a plan to achieve these goals. I would highly recommend Mark if you are looking for an education attorney.

Mr Martin and all of his staff were WONDERFUL in handling my son's IEP!!! Our process was very difficult and complicated and Mr. Martin and his team were professional, extremely knowledgable, and handled some really tough meetings perfect! Mr. Martin knew our goal and achieved it! Our son is now very happy and in the correct placement with an appropriate IEP. If you need and IEP lawyer Mr. Martin and his team are the very best!!!! He was NEVER late for our meetings and and always beyond prepared. During some very difficult meetings I was highly impressed how he could take what was being said and switch gears in split second. I don't think I will ever go to an IEP without him!

Mr. Martin and his experienced and accomplished team work together to provide the expertise and advocacy for our family as we navigate through the lengthy, sometimes confusing and very emotional journey to secure support for our son’s educations needs and challenges. Our son's best interest is always their topmost priority. Mr. Martin is thorough and thoughtful and very effective in his approach to securing the necessary and proper provisions for our son which has afforded me the opportunity to do what I do best - just be a mom! The attorney representing us was late to our IEP meeting and unprepared for our Central IEP meeting costing us time and money. I would not recommend them.
