I have written, and rewritten, this review a dozen times. Because, I can’t find words that adequately express the extent of my gratitude for Robert Grossbart. Mr. Grossbart was my bankruptcy attorney in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Mr. Grossbart is incredibly empathetic, kind and ethical, which in my unfortunate experience with the legal system, are qualities that are lacking in many other attorneys. Without going into the painful details, my bankruptcy and the years-long prolonged litigation stemmed from extraordinarily traumatic life circumstances. Mr. Grossbart believed me, supported me, and advocated for me. My case was definitely a drain on his resources, and the resources of his firm. And since I had lost nearly everything, I didn’t have the financial resources to compensate him fully for the sheer magnitude of work he took on. But yet, he did the right thing by me: he continued to work on my behalf, responding to motion after motion that had no merit, and was beyond generous. Experiencing that generosity, and having someone advocate for me in court, has in and of itself been helpful for my healing. I won’t ever forget his kindness, and his willingness to represent me and get me through an exceptionally difficult time in my life. If you are considering filing bankruptcy, I am so sorry, because I know your pain. But, you should hire Mr. Grossbart to represent you. He’s a great attorney, but more importantly, a great human being.

Mr. Grossbart is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy and accounting. He helped me tremendously with everything. I will be referring him to everyone I know. Thank you all so much. His paralegal Morgan was also the best.
