EXTREMELY rude lawyer and staff! Do not recommend at all!

As a photographer, I was very lucky to have hired Jan Berlage in a copyright infringement case. Working closely with his colleague, James Green of Seitz Van Ogtrop & Green (Wilmington, DE) they were able to obtain a $1.6 million jury verdict for me. Jan is amazingly laser-focused, steadfast and personable. I highly recommend him, without any reservations whatsoever.

I can recommend Jan without hesitation. I've had his counsel with business and personal matters which began when he was referred to me to clean up a mess created by another attorney. Thoughtful, practical, and accommodating throughout the process, I agree with all of his other positive reviews.
