Very unprofessional only talk to the lawyer once and the women that answer the phone are very rude and they don’t ever know when the lawyer will be there and they don’t have a schedule or how to schedule any appointments

Jan Berlage was instrumental in building me a new spine - and he's not even a doctor! I presented Jan with a real estate problem that was not of our making. He quickly researched the issue (it even involved owners from another state and country) and provided excellent guidance and assurance for the negotiation and suit.
He even texted and called me on off-hours. I am impressed and happy with his legal services and highly recommend him.

As a photographer, I was very lucky to have hired Jan Berlage in a copyright infringement case. Working closely with his colleague, James Green of Seitz Van Ogtrop & Green (Wilmington, DE) they were able to obtain a $1.6 million jury verdict for me.
Jan is amazingly laser-focused, steadfast and personable. I highly recommend him, without any reservations whatsoever.

I can recommend Jan without hesitation. I've had his counsel with business and personal matters which began when he was referred to me to clean up a mess created by another attorney. Thoughtful, practical, and accommodating throughout the process, I agree with all of his other positive reviews. Hands down, he's the hardest working attorney I've met ever - he must live at the office because he's always available.
