Now that the process is coming to a close I feel relieved and reborn. I can move on free of my debt burden. Didnt see much effort from the lawyers, seems like they were just going with the flow and not proactively trying to solve the case in my favor. Not happy with the customer service experience either, i didnt feel like a customer paying for the services, but i got a feeling as if they are doing me a favor. I do not recommend this law firm. It could be because they (from their experience knew the pay out and hence their share will not be too much), may be they treat differently the clients whom they expect a bigger payout.
