Update 8/30/2022 Mr. Snyder filed a falsified and post dated document to the Worker's Comp Comm. of Md..to withdraw representation. Based on a single page letter of 3 paragraphs of untrue statements filled with accusations and ASSUMPTIONS , he was awarded a withdraw . Yet, I filed a counter motion on the same dates and it took 12 days for a reply in my favor...How he got his within 3 is highly concerning . As I pointed out the Commissioners , WHY was there NO tribunal established to investigate this issue. See COMAR Rules. However, My motion to suppress his motion with REAL DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE and the letter he signed was served upon the MDWCC and was reviewed by Three Commissioners and found to be HIGHLY CREDIBLE . Yet, they still awarded him the withdraw.. Who knows he may be subpoenaed to the next scheduled hearing as a HOSTILE witness. .UPDATE July 7,2022 Mr Snyder sent me an outrageous letter of Assumptions and Allegations. He then filed a Motion to Withdraw Representation and falsified that State Document by citing By request of the Claimant.. FACT is, Mr. Snyder has yet call me or even co-sign an e-mail or even a text--per MD State Law that cited An Attorney must make contact via in person , mail or phone within a 24 to 48 hour period of being contacted by an existing client.. Mr. Snyder's last communiques with me and not his Paralegal was in early Nov 2020 to review the settlement paperwork by the Commission.. Whatever set off this new Flippant Behavior of lies and assumptions is very concerning. Therefore, I will be handling my own case, as well as filing close to 15 Ethics violations against this lawyer. I have all the evidence,,, his one letter constitutes 5 as they appear. And the tine of quitting regardless of whatever motion he filed after falsifying the dates. I got those also . He also REFUSES to hand over my files...Therefore a criminal complaint with Baltimore County and MD Superior Court will be forthcoming. YOU SCREWED WITH THE WRONG GUY Mark. Now, I can't get any lawyer to cover my case in such a short time. So, I'm going to read aloud in Court his letters and some 25 e-mail exchanges with his Paralegal. The Insurance Company lawyer is going to have stroke from laughter. And, this guy did all this work to date for FREE. No Appearance or Contingent Fee Agreement was ever presented to me or filed with the Court and Commission Mark Snyder took over my existing and never ending MD Worker's Comp Case. Putting it into perspective....The case was a Nightmare of errors, screw ups and more by not one but 2 other lawyers--Both of whom I FIRED. It was so BAD that I presented the case to more then 17 other law firms who within 5 minutes refused the case. Mark and Kelly ( Paralegal /Legal Assistant ) have been a Godsend. Yes, there have been times of aggressive discussions...BUT one must REMEMBER--victims are not lawyers. And yes, we as victims do get a bit Gruff....but it is wise to present oneself like myself as being angered by the system and that any and hostility is directed at that issue. Mark won the secondary case and is now working on the case again due to medical issues that keep evolving from the initial injury /accident . Just the facts with less drama.

So far I’ve had to let go Tom newbrough and Brian katzenberg took the case. Tom was very rude several times which is why I decided to have someone else take the case. Been months and the only time I have heard from Brian is if I call with a question. Court is in 2 weeks and the lack of communication is an issue. The only thing I have been told is “hurry up and wait”. I’m starting to doubt my decision at hiring this company but I still have yet to see their performance in the court room so I hope they can redeem themselves there.UPDATE: it’s about an hour after I made this review and I got the first phone call from Brian katzenberg himself to tell me that because of this one star review that he will not be representing me in court haha. I told him that’s childish and I made sure he agreed that everything I said wasn’t a lie. He also said in his own words that he is not a good attorney. I thought because of the big name and all the advertisements that they were good attorneys but he said no. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want good representation

I was represented by Mr. Lafontaine and he did an amazing job. My case seemed as it were going nowhere and he definitely made a lot of things happen for me given the circumstances.

Called to ask a simple question Mark Snyder wouldn't let me talk and when I asked him if I could speak he just started yelling his answers at me. When I tried to continue he tried to make me feel stupid but I never even got to ask my question because this extremely rude man wouldn't stop yelling long enough to hear me. Then I called back to try and get a different lawyer when some girl named Ebony picked up I apologized IN ADVANCE because I was already upset and crying from being yelled at. And when she started to raise her voice I told her it sounded like she was yelling at me to she said "ok were not gonna do that cause right now all your doing is playing the victim of something you did to yourself" that's NOT how you should treat people. I guess because Mark thinks he's the best lawyer to walk God's earth he can just treat people like garbage.

I wish to extend my sincerest thanks to Matthew LaFontaine for handling my case. He was above all in Professionalism , courtesy and a timely manner. He explained everything in fine detail and always kept me informed and up to date at all times . It has been my fortitude to have him represent me. Thank You , Stay Healthy...
