Very UNPROFESSIONAL, needs to learn how to communicate. Communication requires listening to others when talking and not talking over others. Looking at the replies to the reviews tells it ALL. First impression is everything! I seen a review on here that went through the same thing I did with just a consultation! They really need to work on customer service skills as well as listening .

Great law firm

Wasn't a good experience at all should have known to turn and leave when attorneys first word to me is you look fine to me. Finding out later I would be outta work for over a year,suffer from a concussion Many therapy and Dr visits.First they couldn't find my paperwork even though it was emailed to both paralegal and attorney. Once they did find it still they were all over the place with my case.Receptionist was very Rude on multiple occasions very unprofessional. I initiated my case from the beginning, my payments from insurance company began before attorney got off the ground.And yes it was a Workmens comp case but to me it seemed like my attorney worked for the other side.Now my award has been settled I didn't no I had 30 days to dispute this something else my attorney never disguised with me. Also my final settlement numbers were off which he did apologize but hey nothing seemed to Surprise me at this point.I am just saying the experience was bad,but I had to try and return to work bills were mounting. I guess you live and you learn.

Words can not explain the GREAT experience I had when I was at my lowest point. Erin Snyder and her paralegal Stephanie Zeberlein gave me hope and put my mind to rest, they took care of everything I live out of state and it still was an easy process they were very informative when I needed answers. They worked hard to get me what was due to me, I would highly recommend Erin Snyder to everyone I know.

Very unprofessional!!!! Be careful when you call the receptionist is very rude!!!! I had two lawyers from this firm both was very terrible I had the pleasure to deal with one other the original owners and he was awesome until he retire, these new ones don’t even care to call you to discuss your case very insensitive.. in both cases I had to chase down both lawyers for payment they do no keep you informed I was also told I had to wait for them to deposit the check before I was paid?????? I’ve never heard of such thing the lawyer making you wait for money to clear their account you can believe this will be me and my family last time dealing with such unprofessionalism

I have never in my life endured such rude behavior when calling a place of business I was hung up on three times and the lady that answered the phone didn’t even listen to my problem or anything.She cut me off and made me look like an angry black women and I do not appreciate that. I hope the calls are recorded because they need speak with whom ever that answering the phone.

Insulted my profession without even speaking to me. No follow up after I spelled it out for them.
