Jennifer Falter from the Law Offices of Mark B. Martin provided fantastic legal services while arguing with Harford County Public Schools for a non-public placement for our son. Her in-depth knowledge of special education law mixed with her knowledge of school system policies was quite impressive. Ms. Falter was thorough in her understanding of our son’s needs and progress, or lack thereof, over the course of 7 years worth of IEPs and other paperwork. She knew the ins and outs of the specifics during every conversation and meeting. I would highly recommend her services when working with any school system.

I hired Mark Martin after speaking to a friend that used him and was successful. Since then, I have spoken to another parent who used Mark, and was also very happy with Mark's expertise in helping her get the right placement for her son. Mr Ray is a very knowledgeable attorney and understands the aw very well. He went above and beyond in my car accident and was able to assist me in matters that I could of never began to know where to begin. Large or small issues are not a concern for him.
