This has been a very difficult time of my life with a whole lot of pain and stress. Thank God for honest hard working people who care. My Attorney, Jill Kolodner and her staff jumped in and put all the pieces back together. First impressions are lasting ones. When we arrived to the office coming through the door we were greeted by the most pleasant Receptionist I’ve ever met. The hospitality this staff displays is so phenomenal you won’t leave this office the same. We were offered drinks of our choice and a snack while we wait. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. The intake was pretty easy because these people are ready to work. My case was set up in minutes by Ms. Elaine and by the time my Attorney came in we were ready to move forward. I have a great history with this firm starting from Mr. William G Kolodner and then with his daughter Jill. She’s nailed every single case she’s represented me in. Attorney Jill is very smart and thorough in getting the job done. She’s very patient too. Whenever I became overwhelmed she didn’t lose it! She was very compassionate and understanding. She made sure I understood everything I had to sign. When I didn’t comprehend it the first time she made herself available to go over everything with me again. This spoke volumes to me about her overall character. I’ve grown a deeper respect for her because of this. When you’re injured and hurting physically and emotionally it puts you in a very uncomfortable vulnerable place. Attorney Jill and her staff were very supportive and patient with me.
