My anxiety and stress was immediately reduced. The preferred communication method was email and I received prompt responses to every email that I sent. On my court date, they were extremely knowledgeable about the process and my case was dismissed with ease. I 100% recommend this office for a criminal charge!

I got myself into some legal hot water in a criminal matter in Sept 2022. Based off of reviews and a referral I met with Kurt. I decided immediately to hire him, and it was the best decision I made throughout the legal process. He definitely didn't sugarcoat anything; he laid out the reality of the situation, but he made me feel at ease with the options. He also really seemed to empathize with and understand my situation. For months he made himself extremely accessible. His response time to emails or texts was usually a matter of minutes. Whenever I checked in he typically had some more progress to update me on. The entire ordeal was stressful, to say the least, and I didn't realize how much I would depend on Kurt to help put me at ease with the process and options. When it came time to negotiate a settlement that's when I really appreciated having a badass on my side. I went from realistically looking at some jail time and heavy fines with a ruined permanent record to a modest settlement and a clean record. Can't recommend him enough.

End result of needing these services was a dismissal of all charges. He is immediately responsive, fairly priced, and straight up when it comes to conversation. He is professional, knowledgeable, and makes the confusing process of the court system easy to deal with. Would I use his services again..ABSOLUTELY!!!
