Very professional and great Experience!

Reviewing a defense attorney is not the same as reviewing a tree trimming service or anything else. However, here we are. If a loved one is facing or is in jail, these are the people you want on your side; Daniel Mooney, an attorney in this practice was so responsive and helpful. He was able to explain the steps he was taking and why. Very professional and smart. It's scary, and this end of the legal system is unfamiliar, except for what you have seen on TV. You don't know if you are handing money to an attorney who actually cares; I can tell you that the attorney did care and did MORE than we expected. many thanks to Rob Cole Law.

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Brown and Barron. While our family was going through a hard time and a confusing legal process, they held our hands every step of the way and simplified everything as much as possible. Our concerns were heard, every question was answered, and they were always available to help when we called. Legal processes can take a long time, but they called and gave updates and kept in contact even when there wasn’t much to update on. I’m sure they have many clients but I always felt like we were their top priority. An extra special shout out to Anthony and Brian for being there with us through the end, answering all of our questions, and ensuring we reached a fair settlement. I chose Brown & Barron as my lawyer's because they came up as the best nursing home neglect lawyers in MD. I have to say I wasn't disappointed, they were absolutely wonderful from the initial first phone call until the settlement. I would recommend them to anyone going through a nightmare like my families. I pray that no one ever has to go through this but B&B defiantly made a horrible tragedy tolerable. They have compassion and they truly care about their clients.

Wish I could give zero stars. We WASTED over a year with multiple delays regarding a medical malpractice case. After a year, we finally were told that Brown & Barron wasn't taking the case. Brown and Barron couldn't even establish a correct timeline of events. They asked us (at the end) if we would help them with an out of court lawsuit settlement so they could recover $14,000 in their expenses. They were more concerned with that than our case. I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone! Update: As a previous Accountant, I know what was said to me regarding recovering defense expenses, so there's absolutely no confusion there. We can agree to disagree; however, ultimately we believe there were far too many delays and issues with representation. Although promised to be updated monthly, we had to constantly email about updates when not informed. In additon, your reply states it's a nursing home negligence case. There were 2 physical rehabs (not nursing homes), as well as a hospital negligence case -- hence this is why we are deeply disappointed with representation. Somehow Brown and Barron took an already HORRIBLE situation and made it even worse!

Brown & Barron Law Firm is VERY PROFESSIONAL & DEDICATED they are CARING and will work very hard to get JUSTICE, , my experience with them has been very successful , awarding and most of all A PEACEFUL HEART!!!
