I am very pleased with the level of service provided to me by the team. Everyone was very professional and patient. They took their time, despite having busy schedules giving me a personalized experience and working with me. I was recommended to Mr.Grossman’s office by my aunt and I must say they are the VERY best. This was my first time filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy and they were on top of everything. Before I hired Bates he was very responsive answering the phone and returning calls. After I paid him he didn't really answer or return any calls but Mr. Garcia was very Informative and returned phone calls. Bates is a liar he lied about the case often, I caught him in three lies and Mr. Garcia will tell you something totally different than Bates. The day we went to court the lawyer asked my daughter Information that the lawyer should've know way before court.Before Bates tell his clients lies they should consult with each other so It will be the same story.I believed Garcia was more truth than Bated but I believed he lied to me once. Bates lied about how much It will be to get something completed on the case and Bates told be me a different price which than Mr. Garcia ,which was the truth. Please be careful when hiring this firm they didn't do much on the case, Bates lied about the price that It will cost to have something done on the case. After, I hire Bates ,I read that he lied about his cases he won. Please do your research before you make a decision with hiring a lawyer , which was my mistake. It seems to me that Mr. Garcia does a great amount of the work. Very Bad experience with this law firm.Mr. Garcia was a ok lawyer, I believe he's truthful, and will help much as he can. He's partener with a untruthful, lazy, lawyer, who will lie about the fees .

David and his staff were great! My bankruptcy case was handled with great efficiency. They really care. If they needed anything from me they would call or email right away. If I had any questions I would receive an email back within hours. They’re with you every step of the way. Even after they received my full payment I didn’t feel like my case was put on the back shelf. They treated my case as a top priority. If you’re in the unfortunate situation of a bankruptcy I would definitely go with the law office of David M Grossman.
