I have been a client of Marc Atas since 2006 when I was injured while working. He is attentive, available, thorough, compassionate and prepared with details of my complicated case. His extensive experience and knowledge were evident in and out of the courtroom. Marc walked me through the long, twisted journey of Worker's Compensation. He basically held my hand through the entire process. When I first came to him, I really didn't know how much I needed his services. The insurance company was giving me the run around about my injury; making me feel like it was somehow my fault, etc. Once Marc became involved, I got results. He did all of the leg work and assisted me with finding doctors that specialized in my type of injury, etc. He followed up to make sure I received benefits for my injury. When my benefits stopped over the holidays, he made sure my children had a holiday. He allowed me to cry when I needed to cry, but balanced that with letting me know when I wasn't making sense. My injury will affect me for the rest of my life and Marc made sure in settlement, my medication and related injury would be covered.
