SH Block helped me in an emergency situation and actually stayed on the phone for over 30 minutes with the state of MD for free. They helped me with a quick resolution and it was the best outcome I could hope for. I'd rate them 100 stars if I could.

Mr. Block is an unscrupulous snake who chased me for an INCORRECT bill of $300 from a chiropractor. The chiropractor even told me that she had told him to stop bothering me, but he was relentless. For $300. SNAKE SNAKE SNAKE!! I'd rather pay the IRS than hire HIM.

Years of unfiled returns, my own ignorance. Then a tax lien, i realized at that point i needed serious help and i needed to deal with my problems. Juda was patient and explained the order and timeframe in which things would occur. Within 2 months now i have paid what i owed to the state (i owed a good chunk but just under 10k) so in the grand scheme less than i anticipated. On the federal side some unexpected refunds. They are responsive to questions either via phone or via canopy. When you are told someone will call you, they call you. That means alot. My wife text me one afternoon saying that we had received certified mail from the IRS. According to the letter, we had a significant outstanding tax liability, an amount that for us was staggering. To say that we were terrified would be an understatement.
