I reached out through text after 9pm (time in Illinois) because I put the kids to bed. Not expecting a response, I assumed I would get contacted the following day, no issue. I was so wrong, Jake responded almost immediately and he was very helpful and considerate. He informed me of everything I needed to do and he was great. Jake was pleasant to deal with and when you're dealing with the public it can be very difficult, but I don't think Jake will ever have an issue, his social skills are on point and comforting. Thank you, Jake, you are appreciated.

Ron Miller and Laura Zois and the whole team at Miller And Zois are wonderful. Not only will they represent you with incredible skill and diligence, the entire team is personable and warm. You can always reach someone by phone, email, or text and they are promptly responsive to any inquiries you might have regarding your case. I have had the misfortune of needing their services for representation in two separate personal injury situations nearly 20 years apart. I am grateful for their dedication, and thankful that they worked with me in both of my unfortunate circumstances. I am far better off for having had them represent me in personal injury situations that could devastated my finances and created havoc in my life. Have not stopped calling me daily after twice being asked to be put on the do not call list.

I normally do not write reviews, however I felt compelled to write this one. Miller and Zois represented us in a car accident case in which we lost a loved one. During the most grim time of our lives the firm showed empathy and did a lot of research to prepare for our first conversation. We were extremely impressed. Most of the initial call was getting to know us and who our loved one was and not stating the simple generic statements of “my condolences” or “sorry for your loss” and then start to talk about the case. They were upfront and truthful about what they thought could happen and about the state laws. During this lengthy process they worked with the State police, insurance companies, attorneys and other parties and kept us informed. Due to the state law regarding car accidents, we were highly disappointed and extremely angry that the compensation was so low. LET ME BE CLEAR, NO AMOUNT OF MONEY WILL EVER BE ENOUGH; HOWEVER, THE STATE MAXIMUM LIMITATIONS WERE A SLAP IN THE FACE! Laura worked hard uncovering every stone, even informing us of coverages we did not know we had and the purpose of them. Because of this, we were able to get more compensation than we originally thought. Laura is also working to get state law officials to change the existing laws which are old and outdated and we will also help her in this process if needed. I thank the Miller and Zois team for their diligence, empathy, compassion, and expertise. I hope I never have to call them again, but if you find yourself in need of a personal injury law firm, I highly suggest them.
