When I communicated my dissatisfaction due to lack of communication and effort from a staff member who is no longer with the firm, Kelli and Mr. Miller stepped right in to make sure my case was settled quickly and to my satisfaction. Kelli is extremely responsive and knowledgeable and I appreciate her willingness to make things right. Even though I'm sure my case was pretty insignificant compared to other cases, Mr. Miller made sure to take the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you.

We came to Miller & Zois, LLC at such a low point in our lives when our sister was senselessly killed. They worked so hard for our family to get us a settlement that was more than fair. During the process, everyone we spoke to and worked with were so empathetic and kind, and they listened to our concerns and wishes. Several members of the family live out of state, and they accommodated us in that respect as well. This is a firm that will work hard and really care about their clients. I highly recommend them!

It is so regretful to see some members of society violate every moral and ethical measures just to make money. Miller & Zois unfortunately are in this category. They are SHARKS in Suits and Dresses. They take advantage of everything or everyone they can just to make money. Shame on you Miller & Zois, Shame on you. Stay Away as much as you can from these immorals.

Miller & Zois are awesome! They handled a personal injury case stemming from a car accident for my husband. The insurance company was trying to minimize my husbands injuries and were not offering fair compensation but Miller & Zois would not back down! The case went all the way to trial. Reza Davani represented my husband in court. Mr. Davani was very well prepared, organized and thorough! We won our case and received more compensation than we expected! I had been in a motorcycle accident back in 2016, and I had my case taken by reza davani. One thing I really enjoyed about them is that they steadily kept me informed by mail, phone, and email. They continually worked on my case which I thought would fall through based on what I feel a police officer wrongly put on my accident report. but either way I was able to get my medical bills paid for, and get more than enough money to fix my motorcycle and then some. thanks!

I was in a car accident in August of 2009, leaving me with a broken wrist which required surgery to repair. I knew I needed to consult a lawyer, but didn’t know where to begin to find a reputable attorney/firm. A family friend recommended Miller and Zois. I worked mostly with Ron Miller. I was put in contact with an Orthopedic hand surgeon and received the care I needed promptly. Ron and the staff at Miller and Zois were incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and thorough. They took care of everything and helped me understand my options in a concise manner which made such a stressful situation much easier to handle while I recovered from my injuries. I would refer Miller and Zois to friends and family, and have recently done so when a family member was in need of legal advice.

Everyone at Miller and Zois was delightful to work with, there was never a call that was not returned or a question answered quickly. We were able to settle my case quickly with a favorable amount. I will use them and refer family and friends to them for life. Hands down the best of the best!!

I went with Miller & Zois because they had a tremendous track record, but I could tell they weren’t spending all of their client’s money on advertising like some of the other “Big Firms”. I got really hurt in a car accident and my back wasn’t the same, but unfortunately I had a pre-existing condition so my case wasn’t going to be easy. The insurance company offered me a bottom-line figure that would have barely covered my expenses. I would have walked away with nothing even though the accident had changed my life and I knew I deserved more.My attorney, Reza Davani, with Miller & Zois exceeded my expectations. I knew my lawyers would fight for me, but I didn’t expect just how much I would be cared for as a person. Reza himself would call me on a weekly basis to check in with me and how I was doing. He was was completely honest with me about what I could/shouldn’t expect. I really KNEW that he cared because he aggressively challenged the insurance company when they tried to downplay my case. He met with me in person more than twice to review my case and offer all the insight he could. With such a large firm, I was expecting to be dealing with paralegals and legal assistants. I honestly didn’t think I would even meet the lawyer. Reza proved me wrong. It was obvious that he himself did most of the groundwork in preparing my case. He remembered details about the accident without my file in front him. I could tell he was always thinking ahead and he wisely scheduled me with top area experts to testify on my behalf and solidify my case. The end result got me over twice the amount that I was originally offered and 95% of the policy limits! We didn’t even go to trial. I could not recommend Reza or Miller & Zois any higher.

December 1, 2015 our lives were changed forever after getting a call that my Husband had been in an accident. Miller & Zois took on our case after being dissatisfied with the communition (or lack there of) from our original attorney. We are forever grateful for the time & compassion put into our case by this firm. I say "our" case because when something like this happens, it effects the entire Family.
