Phenomenal experience, especially with my interactions with my lawyer: Ms. Jen Borkowicz, Ms. Ashley VanKirk and Mr. Saller himself were all a sincere pleasure to work with!!! My case took a little over a year and they kept me well informed and always replied to my inquiries and addressed all my concerns. Professional, accountable, good communication and Jen and Ashley were very personable and kind! Ashley even replied on a Friday evening well after business hours and Jen made me feel valued as a person, not just a customer. Over the past four years Andrew has represented me in three separate cases along with a VOP where each case ended with the best possible outcome. Andrew (along with his assistance Chelsea) would always make sure to answer my questions and concerns promptly and if they were busy with another client they would make a point to call me back with in a reasonable amount of time. Andrew genuinely cares about helping his clients and God willing I won't have to lawyer up again... but if I do, I'm definitely going back to Andrew.

Worst experience I ever had dealing with a lawyer. I have to guide him in every step of the way. He’s clearly not an expert In auto accidents. Don’t hire him. Saller is the worst. Period. I think he’s working for the ppl insurance company. If I could give 0 stars I would. My car had 14,000 worth of damage and my husband and I were hurt For real and he wanted us to take a settlement of $100 end for my husband and $1000 for myself. If I could change lawyers at this point I would. This is at best the worst attorney that I’ve dealt with in all my years. My first and last with this firm. I should have dealt with my attorney that I normal for with instead I went with a referral. Worst decision of my life. Run don’t walk!
