Buck passing and gaslighting is quite common when it's a matter they don't or cannot deal with, such as a bank account being placed on freeze.
Mom had to deal with the local office (Montgomery) telling her to contact the primary Baltimore office, and then the Baltimore office tell my mom to go back to the Montgomery office. Then the agent/lawyer tries to gaslight by picking area code out of context such as 410, etc.
Someone named Olga even referred this banking matter to the Circuit Court's family law division, which makes no sense since family law is about divorce, child support, etc.

It's A Good Service,but overall of the Contacting them it's a waiting period more than 30 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up the phone !or they won't answer at all! ,I guess you have to email them.

WOWWW!!!! I really need assistance but I refuse to go to an agency that does not care about the community. I have enough hardship in my life.
