Time is non-existent and I went to this establishment for help Summer 2022. I was dismissed and turned away by someone whose name escapes me, an AKA Soror, thought to be Graceful, Empathetic, Understanding, Supportive, Ready and Willing to Take the Charge. I had every right to be there and needed all the help of which my case might have been won in August 2022 had I been given representation. Federal Programs provide funding for services I should have been given access to. It has taken more months than I had to spare with a postponement for February I'm given the Run around and my lawyer never showed up for a meeting they scheduled after we both initially forgot about the first meeting. I pray that someone finds the right thing to do to compensate a great injustice that I have endured is to make sure I win my case. We shall see. Great convenient location. Walk-in friendly. Legal aid needs to carefully evaluate all incomes in a household not just what applicant cites. So much hiding of true income while the public pays out their monies worked for

Got the information I needed in a timely manor security was very helpful clerks had great customer service and went above and behind to help was not given clear instructions on what machine to use when you go in to get a ticket and set an extra 5min until a clerk called my number just to find out I had to get another number for the services I needed with a little patience I was in and out
