This is the absolute worse law office. Please take your case elsewhere. It's simply not worth the hassle or trouble you have to go through. Extremely unorganized, they bounce you all over the office, Ellen is RUDE, just as the comments have stated. It's really not worth it.

This law firm is terrible very rude and unprofessional. They do not do there job. They dont keep you informed about your case half of the time they don't know what's going on with your case. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone this is my first and last time using this rip off firm they tries to get interest off your money by holding it for a few weeks after your case has been settled. That's not how it suppose to happen. They long winded with your case, don't returns calls has one old lawyer who needs to be retired. A couple of them are very rude and very disrespectful. DON'T USE THIS OFFICE!! That goes to show how unprofessional this firm is I don't know who you are but i'm dealing with kandel Sr. who is very rude and don't do his job and if it wasn't for Ellan I was not going to no longer have your firm or Mr. Kandel Sir. Repersent me and my family no longer. We deduced to give your firm the benefit of doubt and kept y'all on board and you saying you don't have me down as a client its me and two other family members are with your firm and none of us is listed but 2 of the cases is settled been settled for a week now and haven't received anything yet and one is still waiting on a settlement.

Mr. Kirk is an excellent attorney who took the time to cogently answer my legal questions. He is very knowledgeable, and was able to clarify some of the uncertainty I had on particular legal issues. He was generous with his time in breaking down the hypothetical outcomes of a scenario I had posed to him. He was very courteous in how he interacted with me, and fully addressed each question I had.
