Ladies at front desk that wear dashiki or African clothing RUDE AS HELL!!! I can stand when people wear African pieces and attitude doesn’t reflect the image their trying to persuade. I’m work as artist on the side and I wore sweat pants that had a hole in the side pocket. I was aware but it was the way she tried to acknowledge me about it .it gave attitude like she thought she was better . Karen was a sweet heart his paralegal I believe and everyone else attentive and handle my case with ease. Horrible receptionist

I miss Ms rose when she was there you would have your money not waiting for forever .. now all these new ppl answering the phone talking about when some mail run .. stop telling people 7to10 business days abs it's still isn't there I've been dealing with them for years and trust this will be my last time .. kens losing it and rose gone no point in returning

I were 20 years old when ; when Mr. Kandel and his firm first represented me in a case ; they treat like family and with respect; always professional; and Rose who been with as long as I know if I haven question concerning my case she go above to get you the answer and the only thing I can say bad is always put on and forgot about; but at 64 I would still recommend this firm compare to other law firm .

Very bad experience with these lawyers. You will never see them just talking on the phone. They got over on me in my settlement. Communication is very bad with them. They don’t care about their clients they just want to get paid. The lawyer and his “therapy company” took 90% of my settlement and left me with the change and I’m the one who suffered injuries. The therapy they Send you too don’t do nothing but tell you lay on a table for 10 minutes and comeback next day. Would not recommend these lawyers to ANYBODY. STAY AWAY !!!!!!! They are money hungry and they lie ALOT.

Mr. Kendell is a good man but his employees need training they don't communicate with him or each other they are rude and disrespectful

Staff are extremely rude especially lovithia I believe her name is the woman who answers the phone I'm reading through these reviews and finding a lot of other people with similar complaints the only reason I gave 2 stars is because Ellen and Peter Kendall were very polite and helpful as would be appropriate when dealing with a client I have many employees and would never tolerate disrespect to any of my clients I hope this is not overlooked !!!

Avoid at all costs. Basically at one point I was abandoned, until complaints were filed above their head. I was offered a lower settlement, despite them having a higher offer. Medical bills, and lost wages, and evidence weren't sent to the defense. I was told to not pay my medical bills, was told that they "don't do" appointments. Harassment from the defense was ignored. Yes, I have it all documented, in my email, and physical notes. If they think they can get over on you, they will. A complaint was filed with the AG for numerous counts of failure and misconduct. I cannot recall if I completed a Google review, as it was years ago.
