Spoke to Patrick randomly today after an accident. Today also happens to be the 4th of July but Pat was still working and took his time to provide me thorough advice and guidance. Although this was a random encounter, I felt that I was speaking to someone who was truly knowledgeable and I felt comfortable discussing my situation with.
