I wish I can give this law firm a zero - If you live in the DC or Maryland area DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I repeat DO NOT USE! their fees are high (40%) even on low payouts. The lawyer will never call or talk to you (you mainly deal with a rude case manager. Also, the law firm do not work hard to give you a high payout. Do not say I didn't warn you if you decide to go with the DC or MD office. *UPDATE* I see the company replied below but please note that this is a tactic to show the company care about its customers or reputation. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL I SENT TO THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE TEAM. ITS ALL A SCAM
